Semi wildlife

While I think/hope they're chowing down on the gophers at the airport (whose numbers do seeem to have dwindled in the last year or so, now that I think of it), the foxes are also quite, if cautiously, accustomed to humans. No doubt the fact that some of us are wont to toss them bits of sandwich has something to do with it.

No doubt.

I've been spotting rabbits, a mated pair of skunks (at a safe distance down the street from my bus stop), and a couple of raccoons (ditto) at different times in the year. Plus the usual assortment of squirrels.
