Personalized algorhythms?

That is strange; you'd think they'd be junking domains and/or IPs across the board. Maybe Google's more sophisticated than that now.

For what it's worth, the last two or three notifications I've received have not shown up in the spam folder.

"Personalized algorithms" makes the most sense as a working theory. I started using LJ and GMail within a few months of each other, GMail being first.

On the other hand, I've been using both for well-over a decade, which kind of suggests a broader glitch.

Ultimately, I guess the answer is, "The Google knows!" And only The Google.
